Hello everyone, todays post is another cooking video (even though you don't have to put anything in the oven) but anway, I have been recently loving cold drinks as the weather is rather hot and this smoothie is a perfect (kind of healthy) way to quench your thirst and hunger! I love smoothies because even though they are a drink they fill me up as well!
Ingredients
~ice cubes
~milk
~one banana
~2 spoons Peanut Butter
~golden syrup or honey
1-Firstly you are going to want to chop up your banana to make it easier to blend in the mixer.
2-Add the banana, ice, peanut butter,golden syrup/honey and milk into the blender, and blend for about 40 seconds.
3-Finaly pour into a cup (or jar because it looks snazzy) and you are done.
